PRAYER POINT:
We'll pray much in tongues of the Spirit. Intercede in prayer for the government of your country, that through them, God's will prospers in the nation, the gospel having free course and glorified. This will bring relief, succour, and strength to many. Amen.

'Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD'.
“Joab said to his brother Abishai, 'Be strong, and let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. The LORD will do what is good in his sight.”
PRAYER POINT: We'll pray fervidly in the Spirit, and strengthen through prayers for them, men and women around the world, whose hearts the Lord has stirred to fight in defence of justice, truth, the oppressed, and for God's people and the churches of Christ. That they'll be bold to stand firm, full of courage to do the Lord's will, for His glory. The Lord make them victorious over all their adversaries in Jesus' name. Amen!

Today, we will learn how faith comes from God's Word. Faith is not just wishing for something to happen. Faith is believing what God has said and acting upon it.
As we hear, study, speak, and obey God's Word, our faith grows stronger. Through faith, we can live victoriously and fulfill God's purpose for our lives.
DEFINITION OF DIFFICULT WORDS
Faith: Believing and trusting in God and His Word.
Word of God: God's written message found in the Bible.
Believe: To accept something as true.
Confidence: Strong trust in someone or something.
Meditate: To think deeply about God's Word repeatedly.
Promise: Something God has said He will do.
Obedience: Doing what God says.
Victory: Success through God's power.
BIBLE STORY
THE ROMAN CENTURION'S GREAT FAITH
Bible Reference: Matthew 8:5-13
Jesus entered Capernaum, and a Roman centurion came to Him asking for help. His servant was suffering terribly, and he believed Jesus could heal him. When Jesus offered to come to his house, the centurion said that he was not worthy
for Jesus to enter his home. Instead, he asked Jesus to simply speak the word. The centurion understood authority. He knew that just as soldiers obeyed his commands, sickness had to obey Jesus' command. Jesus marveled at his faith because the man placed complete confidence in His word. Jesus spoke, and the servant was healed that very hour. This story teaches us that faith relies on God's Word and trusts it completely.

Faith is one of the most important principles in the Kingdom of God. Everything we receive from God comes through faith. Faith is not based on emotions, feelings, wishes, or human opinions. Faith is believing and acting on God's Word.
The Word of God is the foundation upon which faith is built. Without the Word, there can be no genuine faith. The Bible tells us that faith comes by hearing the Word of God. This means that every time we hear, read, study, and meditate on the Scriptures, faith is being deposited into our hearts. Just as food nourishes the body, the Word nourishes our spirit. A believer who consistently studies God's Word will grow stronger in faith daily.
God and His Word are one. Whatever God has spoken is trustworthy because He cannot fail. His promises are dependable, and His integrity is unquestionable.
Therefore, when we believe God's Word, we are placing our confidence in GodHimself. This confidence produces boldness and assurance in our hearts.
SUMMARY OF LESSON
Faith and the Word of God are inseparable. Faith is born from God's Word, strengthened by God's Word, and sustained by God's Word. The more we expose ourselves to Scripture, the stronger our confidence in God becomes. God desires His children to live by faith every day. Through faith, we overcome
challenges, receive God's promises, and walk in victory. As we continue learning and applying God's Word, we become effective witnesses of His power and glory.
