Psalms 91:5-7 says, 'Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee'.
Pray earnestly in tongues of the Spirit against terrorism of whatever sort in our cities and nations. Dispel the evil spirits responsible for the dastardly acts and proclaim the name of Jesus over these regions. Declare the reign of righteousness to the ends of the earth. Amen.

GIVE YOURSELF TO MEDITATION
Meditation is a very powerful way to grow close to God. It brings change, clear thinking, and direction from God. Many Christians think meditation only means quietly thinking about Bible verses. That is good, but there is more.
True meditation is not just reading the Bible quietly or repeating verses. There is also meditation on the Holy Spirit.
This means you set your heart on the Holy Spirit and let Him fill and change your spirit. When you do this, your inside becomes more like the Holy Spirit’s presence. God’s children are born of both the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. They must work together. The Word without the Spirit is not complete, and the Spirit works with the Word.
When you meditate on the Holy Spirit, you enter into close friendship with Him. This is when you start receiving visions, revelations, and special understanding from God.
The Bible says:
“My son, give me your heart.” (Proverbs 23:26)
Meditation is like giving your whole heart and spirit to God. You yield (open) yourself completely so the Holy Spirit can speak to you, guide you, and show you things.
Three Levels of Meditation
The Hebrew word for meditate is “Hagah”, which means to imagine, mutter, and roar.
1. Visualizing the Word (Imagine)
You quietly think about the Bible verse and make pictures in your mind. This helps the Word go deep into your heart and change the way you think.
2. Muttering the Word (Speak softly)
You repeat the Bible verse quietly under your breath again and again. This makes the truth go deep into your spirit, even beyond your normal thinking.
3. Roaring the Word (Speak boldly)
You say the Bible verse out loud with power and confidence.
This loud declaration pushes away fear, doubt, and every distraction. It makes God’s Word strong inside you.
These three levels help you go deeper and deeper in friendship with the Holy Spirit.
Why Meditation is Important
- Meditation turns the written Word (Logos) into a personal, living word (Rhema) for your situation.
- Rhema is powerful — it can change things, bring healing, and open doors.
- There is no sickness or problem in your body that cannot be touched by the power of God’s Word
through meditation.
The Bible says:
“For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.” (Proverbs 4:22)
Meditation makes the Word become health and strength in your whole body. As you meditate every day, you start to think, talk, and act more like God. You become more like the living Word of God. This is God’s plan for every one of His children.
What You Should Do? Meditation is not optional — it is very important for a life of victory. - In peaceful times, use meditation to build strong faith. - In difficult times, let your spirit roar with God’s Word.
Start today: Give yourself to meditation on God’s Word and on the Holy Spirit. It will change your life!

What Pastor Chris said about Elixir When God blesses a man there’s really no word to describe it. I’ll call it the supernatural elixir. Everything you do just turns out right; everything you touch turns to success. When that blessing is on you, favour will come to you and you can’t help but succeed in everything you do. This starts up in your life when God visits you. Now you can understand something of the force field we talked about earlier.
